About Me

'Bonjour' and welcome to my blog! In the middle of August I will be going to Haiti for three months to volunteer at an orphanage. It is located in Pétionville, a "suburb" of Port-au-Prince. My hope is that through this blog you will all feel you are a part of this adventure. For safety reasons, I will be changing the names of children and volunteers in my posts. My goal is to update you at least once a week while in Haiti. Finally, I want to extend my sincere gratitude to all of those who are supporting me.
